Very good food, I thought I died trying it. I wish it was closer to home so I could drop by more. I'd recommend Sharkey's to anyone. The staff are super friendly and nice, made me feel welcomed. I highly recommend them!

Sharky's is one of my favorite places for lunch in North Vancouver, @ the Lonsdale Quay Market. They offer a great variety of meats and sides, always serve very generous portions. Try the meatloaf, the beef Brisket, the pork roast or their sausages, all so tender and tasty. They also offer a great assortment of raw meats. This place is a must.

You know exactly what you are going to get when you go to Sharky's and you get it in abundance. The very definition of unpretentious. Throwback food for when you feel like a caveman. Get the house made baked beans when they are on. Love their roast beef.

This hidden spot is located in North Vancouver Lonsdale quay. The place offers variety of different types of meat and sides. The portions are very generous and fulfilling. I also bought raw meat from here for home and was very pleased with the results. Thank you! 🔥🤙🏼

Inexpensive and great home cooked food

This place is a hidden gem of Lower Mainland. You get choice of one meat with 2 sides for under $11! Huge portions. Roast beef, ham, pork, sausages, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, fried onions, what's not to like?

Less than $10 for a heaping plate of amazing food. You first choose your main: roast chicken, roast beef, ham, sausages, meatloaf and pork tenderloin are the usual offerings. Then, you get to pick 2 side dishes: perogies, mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, beans and stews are available. All their meats are cooked fresh daily by a team of expert staff. They also provide garnishings and condiments with your 10 dollar meal such as sour cream and horse radish. Sharkey's is an amazing value considering $10 doesn't get you very far at a McDonald's these days. My wife and I share one plate and we're full.

Great fresh food, huge portions, unbeatable price. A little messy , pork was a bit over but beef was perfect. Still easily the best meal I've had at a food court ever.

A loaded plate of meat and potatoes for a really great price! Almost wasn't able to finish it. I especially loved the glazed ham: balanced flavour and not too salty.

I’m pleasantly surprised to see how here exceeded my expectations. Great value for price, tasty and a lot of food. Market food for city prices. One of my all time favourites already. If they keep the quality & price same, I’d regularly come here all the way from downtown during lunch breaks.

Portion sizes are no joke here! Large selection of delicious meats to choose from. A friend of mine insisted to go for lunch after hyping it up for months. Couldn’t believe the value for money you get here. Guaranteed you’ll be coming back after visiting once. The food tastes absolutely amazing. Perfect place for a quick lunch. Highly recommended!

The best Feijoada in Vancouver!

The picture looks less than appetizing but don't let that fool you. For the price and the quantity the food is excellent. The honey glazed ham was to die for. I had the large 2 protein plate and it was 14$ for all the food. Will return when I want a quick hearty meal.

I have been to Sharkey's a few times now and it's always been a great experience! You get a really big plate of food for the price and it all tastes amazing. Jasmine was really helpful and friendly! 100% recommend Sharkey's if you are in the area.

THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM. I always share a 2~3 item plate with my bf because the portion is so big. The meat and potato with their graving are sooo good. We come here every time we are here. Good price, good staff, and good food.

Definitely a spot worth stopping by, the food is excellent and well prepared, the cost is affordable and it is constantly clean there. Fantastic work.

Ten bucks gets you an enormous portion of food, will fill hungry man for dinner. Both the ham and the roast beef were flawless and flavorful. Big variety of meats available here. They also sell meat in bulk for outrageous prices (see picture), BBQ specials.

I ate this too fast before realizing I should have taken a picture. The brisket was juicy and amazing, the vegetable mix was...nutritious, and the beans were a great compliment. Hearty, generous portions of comfort food best describes how we felt after our lunchtime feast. We will definitely be back, especially for their tender buttery pirogies filled with lovely cheese and potato.We found nothing wrong with this meal, especially considering the price and sharing it three ways! We will be back. (PS if you like this food and are in the Kelowna area, don't pass without trying the Woodfire Restaurant, 2400 Highway 97 North. The Pork hocks are outa this world!)

Walked past and the steaks looked good and decided to treat ourselves with a nice steak for dinner. We were helped right away, but unfortunately the guy helping us seemed impatient when we needed a second to decide on which cut we wanted, and instead of explaining the difference (the taste) between grass-fed and grain-fed, he made us feel pressured to decide. I think people forget that it’s intimidating for some people to buy their meat from a butcher instead of the grocery store- the benefit of going to a good butcher is to gain more knowledge and enjoy the experience a little more. The steak was good, but I wish the purchase was more pleasant considering they are located at a sweet location like Lonsdale Quay.

Best budget place for lunch or dinner in north van if you like stick to your ribs food. Best to check facebook to see what hot food they are serving that day but its all good.

While looking for some tasty and juicy meat in Vancouver area on the internet, I bumped into this pearl. Passing through Lonsdale market it will simply look like a butchery, however, apart from the meat sale there is also a lovely angle from which you can take your choice of meat (1 or 2 type depending on your budget) a your choice of 2 sides .The portion was literally enormous, and, even if I was craving for some food after 4 hours of skiing it was still hard to finish it. The food is delicious and tasty and also amazingly cheap.I won’t describe what the choice was because it’s all written in the menu, however, I will say that both the garlic and herb pork and the sirloin roast were marvellous.I’ll be back soon to try the rest of the menu, and I really recommend you to pass at this spot as well, you won’t be unsatisfied.
